Our up front compensation covers only our development costs; the remainder of our compensation comes from profit sharing. However, our interest in a partner’s company is not limited solely to the initial success of a product we develop; rather, we invest in the company as a whole, with the goal of being an enduring partner in that company’s success. Long after traditional consulting companies have gotten their paychecks and moved on to other clients, Software Genesis remains committed to – and vested in --- the success of our partners.
